Our FP&A team is growing, and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join us!You will play a pivotal role in transforming raw business data into actionable insights. Workingclosely with FP&A and data professionals, This role ensures stakeholders have continuous access to reliable data, empowering informed decision-making across the organization.What will you do?● Lead the testing and validation of the company data warehouse to ensure accuracy and reliability.● Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and other analytical tools to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business insights and decision-making.● Analyze complex data sets to derive meaningful insights and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.● Orchestrate and lead the company’s presentations used by senior leadership and the Board of Directors● See beyond numbers and take part in informing, influencing, supporting, and executing Perion’s business decisions.● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.● Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.● Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key metrics and insights.
Requirements
● 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.● Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a similar quantitative field● Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy● Strong SQL with experience in data extraction and manipulation.● Experienced with BI tools such as Tableau for report/dashboard development.● Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and with other teams, such as the business/product/data teams.● Passionate for data, a doer who knows how to translate challenges into actions.● Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and reliability.● Experience working in finance business areas and modeling.● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.● High proficiency in MS Office, in particular in Excel & PowerPoint.● Ad-Tech experience - advantage● Excellent English – writing and verbal skills.
