Our FP&A team is growing, and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join us!
You will play a pivotal role in transforming raw business data into actionable insights. Working
closely with FP&A and data professionals, This role ensures stakeholders have continuous access to reliable data, empowering informed decision-making across the organization.

What will you do?

● Lead the testing and validation of the company data warehouse to ensure accuracy and reliability.
● Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and other analytical tools to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business insights and decision-making.
● Analyze complex data sets to derive meaningful insights and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Orchestrate and lead the company’s presentations used by senior leadership and the Board of Directors
● See beyond numbers and take part in informing, influencing, supporting, and executing Perion’s business decisions.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
● Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
● Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key metrics and insights.

Requirements

● 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
● Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a similar quantitative field
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
● Strong SQL with experience in data extraction and manipulation.
● Experienced with BI tools such as Tableau for report/dashboard development.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and with other teams, such as the business/product/data teams.
● Passionate for data, a doer who knows how to translate challenges into actions.
● Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and reliability.
● Experience working in finance business areas and modeling.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● High proficiency in MS Office, in particular in Excel & PowerPoint.
● Ad-Tech experience - advantage
● Excellent English – writing and verbal skills.

You will be part of the Corporate FP&A team:  lead financial business models, perform business analysis, monitor KPIs, manage the commission plans and be a key contributor to the FP&A team.

What will you do?

We are seeking an experienced, consultative, and results driven Sales Director, Commerce in the Cincinnati Metro area with excellent communication and presentation skills, deep understanding of the retail media marketplace, and exceptional closing skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales cycle for established and prospective accounts. This includes mapping retail organizations, securing meetings with senior-level decision-makers, developing the needs analysis, program and presentation development, and closing the sale.
  • Understand the clients annual planning process to be a strategic partner by having a seat at the table.

About The Role

As a treasury analyst you will be reporting to the Director of Treasury and will take a significant part in the cash management area, and currency risks and exposure. You will be responsible for managing multiple banks both locally and globally and communicating with global teams on a daily basis.

To succeed in this role you should have experience working in fast-pace environment, thinking “out of the box” and excellent communication skills.

What You'll Be Doing

 

  • Management and oversight of the company cash requirements, including daily liquidity, funding, excess funds investments and planning, etc.
  • Company’s relationships with the global and local banks and other payment service providers, including optimal bank account structure, bank fees management, and ensuring proper controls and procedures are in place.
  • Cash flow forecasts and planning to ensure cash optimization and sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
  • Analyze the investment portfolio of the company in marketable securities and bank deposits
  • Ensure accurate and timely treasury reporting to senior stakeholders including the preparation of presentations to the executives and the BOD
  • Banking system administration including support to the worldwide users.
  • Support treasury related disclosures to be included in financial statements, ensure effectiveness of controls.
  • Ensure compliance with various regulation requirements (i.e. SOX), internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • Identify process improvements to optimize treasury activities, automate functions, and increase internal controls.
  • Monitoring customers collection, set up of customers credit lines and manage accounts receivables financial risks
  • Support the maintenance of the company’s global insurances portfolio
  • Support the management of the global FX risks and exposure while maintaining coverage strategy, hedging derivatives reporting and disclosure requirements.

Qualifications

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and attention to details skills.
  • Good understanding of public companies with global operations.
  • +3 years of relevant experience in Treasury operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Treasury systems and web-based banking systems, including implementation of systems and processes.
  • Netsuite experience - advantage.
  • Excellent communicational (both verbal and written) skills- both English and Hebrew.
  • The ability to prioritize multiple priorities, time management skills and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build critical stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
  • Has the ability to lead and contribute inputs to strategic treasury projects

As Performance Yield Analyst at Undertone, you will lead strategic data-driven initiatives, drive actionable insights on campaign management, and advise on internal platform capabilities. Externally, this role will work directly with clients, where needed, to drive campaign success and ultimately outstanding performance for our clients campaigns. Internally, this position will collaborate with various stakeholder groups (Client Services, Product, Data Science, Partnerships, & Sales) to evolve internal processes designed to maximize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee operational efforts to ensure the performance of campaign spend and client KPIs
  • Analyze performance to extract insights from internal and external reporting, enhancing decision-making, and optimization efforts
  • Proactively identify optimization recommendations based on data-driven insights and established best practices
  • Provide high-level oversight of internal platform use and make proactive recommendations on pacing and performance to avoid pitfalls, drive campaign success, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Continuously assess and provide recommendations to our Product Team on our platform tech
  • Manage troubleshooting and escalation process for issues causing budget under-delivery and missed KPI performance
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and processes to increase efficiency and operational effectiveness
  • Act as leader and mentor across the Campaign Success team, helping to develop clear processes to meet our campaign related performance metrics
  • Work synchronously with Client Success and Measurement Team to offer suggestions and advice on building out thoughtful campaigns based on each campaign's unique KPIs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in programmatic campaign management and exposure using DSPs, with a focus on Performance campaigns
  • Familiarity working with advertising agencies and direct clients, with experience communicating with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Demonstrated track record of building client relationships and working through adversity
