Perion is seeking an experienced Accountant on a Hybrid basis to provide accounting support to our finance department. This role will be responsible for producing accurate and timely reconciliations of assigned accounts, preparing journal entries and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX. This role is essential to maintaining the continuity of our accounting operations, with a primary focus on the month-end close process and providing support during the annual audit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily and monthly journal entries
  • Review daily accounting transactions
  • Assist with the monthly financial close by preparing account reconciliations, analyzing accounts such as prepaids, accrued expenses, fixed assets, recording journal entries, and maintaining accurate supporting analysis and documentation
  • Support the preparation of schedules and documentation for internal and external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal company policies
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests as needed

Profile and Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience is required
  • Undergraduate degree in accounting required; CPA preferred
  • Experience at a publicly traded company and knowledge of SOX is a strong plus
  • Strong Excel skills including data tables, pivot tables, v-lookups, etc. and ability to efficiently work with large volumes of data
  • Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Netsuite a plus

About the Role:

Perion is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team on a Hybrid basis. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing billing, collections, and cash application processes to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition. Role Requirements:

Job Description

We are looking for talented Frontend Developers to work on the Perion platform. The Perion Platform consists of a Supply Side Platform (SSP), Demand Side Platform (DSP) and an ad exchange.

You will be working on one of these products as part of an agile team.

As a Frontend Developer, you will be working with our VueJS single page application. 

You will work on complex and interactive applications, with a lot of data visualization and dashboards.

About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager with strong ad tech experience to lead products that sit at the intersection of advertising platforms, data, and algorithmic decisioning. You’ll own a roadmap focused on improving performance and scalability across DSPs, Ad platforms and networks.

About this opportunity

This role will be tasked with establishing and maintaining client-facing documentation, creating positive and educational experiences that clarify the complex and intriguing kinks of digital publishing. This will also be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys streamlining  processes and who has a knack for putting structure into action.

You will also play a key role in understanding user needs through research activities: analyzing customer feedback, identifying friction within the knowledge base, conducting internal interviews and observing real usage patterns. About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic, solutions-oriented Senior Manager, Solutions Marketing & Enablement to lead the development, packaging, and commercialization of Perion’s cross-product solutions. Our global legal team is handling some of the most complex and dynamic legal and commercial matters in the rapidly evolving Adtech and privacy regime. We are seeking an exceptional, passionate, proactive and business-savvy US Legal Counsel to join our team. You will support our business across all aspects of our commercial activity as well as various corporate matters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage legal matters across North America for multiple business units within the group

  • Demonstrated expertise in privacy and data protection laws and applicable self-regulatory organizations required 
  • Strong knowledge of technology law and contract law, with demonstrated experience in an IP/technology contracts and licensing
