About this role/The opportunity

How You’ll Make an Impact/duties and responsibilities

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising in outbound sales, preferably in programmatic

  • Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with senior leadership at independent advertising agencies

About this role/The opportunity 

To continue to provide a high-quality level of service and support to our growing clientele, Perion One is expanding its sales team by adding a Sales Planner. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning advertising campaigns, gathering and analysing data related to those campaigns, optimizing performance, and reporting on results. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn more about the pDOOH space and grow in the role. 

How You’ll Make an Impact/duties and responsibilities

 

Develop go-to-market strategies relative to inventory and supply curation

Collaborate with clients and the account team to understand the clients business objectives and advertising strategy

Work on several projects simultaneously, often for several different clients

Effectively communicate with the creative agency team, clients and consumers to develop media strategies and campaigns

Execute decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns

Undertake research and analyse data using specialist industry resources

Identify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour and media habits

Present proposals, including cost schedules, to clients in a timely manner

Develop and maintain good contacts with media owners

What do you need to perform in this job / What you’ll bring to the table

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field 
  • 4 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Is analytical and makes decisions based on data
  • Broad knowledge of media channels
  • Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information
  • Previous experience in media buying across all channels (Display, Mobile, Video, DOOH, CTV, OTT etc)
  • Strong understanding of the digital media landscape and premium partners
  • Background working within the programmatic ecosystem with experience working with publishers
  • Experience negotiating rates with external partners
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to ever-changing landscape
  • Personable/able to build strong relationships with partners

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Client Service Operations Specialist to join our team and support post-sales initiatives to enhance our client service execution.


Purpose of the Role:

The Client Service Operations Specialist will lead post-sales initiatives to support the Client Service team with executional workflows, information flow, process implementation, training, documentation, and tool enablement. The role is essential in helping the Client Service team scale growth and meet business objectives.

This position will drive data collection, analysis, and visualization to improve process accuracy, facilitate the integration of new features and products, and inform strategic decision-making. The specialist will collaborate across Client Service, internal teams, and departments to ensure high-quality customer service, optimize executional excellence, and drive continuous process improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary Client Service representative to the Perion MIS Team, supporting testing of new Salesforce functionality before deployment and providing feedback for improvements.

  • Manage and enhance Client Service processes within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy of account data, configurations, and workflow documentation.

  • Oversee client service onboarding for new accounts, ensuring fee accuracy and correct organization creation within the platform.

  • Conduct financial analysis and monitor account statuses, client tiering, and service levels to optimize resource allocation and prioritize SLAs, escalations, and feature requests.

  • Collaborate with global internal teams, including Sales Operations, Product, Legal, and Finance, to drive process efficiencies and align on best practices.

  • Lead integration efforts for Perion’s operating country analysis, resource efficiency, and platform organizational structure alignment with global teams.

  • Support key 2025 Salesforce integration initiatives, including:

    • PSA and IO workflow and approvals.

    • Billing automation and adjustments via Salesforce.

    • Fee integration from Salesforce to the platform.

    • Additional integrations between Salesforce and platform data systems.

  • Build and maintain internal and external knowledge-based libraries to document processes, best practices, and training materials.

  • Contribute to multiple audit and SOX compliance initiatives related to PSA, fees, user access, and finance operations.


Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of digital advertising and the adtech landscape.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (BI, SQL, Tableau, Excel XLOOKUP, etc.).

  • Essential experience with Salesforce configuration, validation, and workflow automation.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with developers on new integrations and provide detailed feedback during testing phases.

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate proactive initiative in a fast-paced environment.
