About Us

We are a global technology company at the intersection of advertising, creativity, and data. Our platforms power connections between brands and consumers across a wide range of channels and formats, helping deliver meaningful, measurable impact. With a culture of innovation and collaboration, we’re constantly evolving to stay ahead in a fast-changing digital landscape.

The Role

We’re seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to establish and scale our design practice. You will be reporting into SVP, Product Platforms in the Product team. This is a senior role for someone who thrives in a “startup within a scale-up” environment: scrappy enough to bootstrap forward, but visionary enough to set long-term standards. You will:

  • Lead the creation of our design system and visual language to unify multiple platforms into a single ecosystem.
  • Serve as a founding member of the design team, defining best practices, processes, and tools from the ground up.
  • Advocate for design thinking across the company, evangelizing user-centricity with product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Balance artistic craft with strategic UX research, ensuring both visual excellence and user impact.
  • Design and deliver intuitive, elegant interfaces across both B2C and B2B platforms, from self-serve advertiser tools to publisher-facing platforms.
  • Collaborate with PMs and engineers to deliver a consistent, performant, and scalable experience across products.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive benchmarking to inform decisions.
  • Push boundaries by experimenting with AI-powered design workflows and other emerging tools.

About You

You’re a hybrid of designer, strategist, and builder. You can roll up your sleeves and design mockups one day, then lead a vision workshop with executives the next. You have the eye of an artist, the mind of a researcher, and the pragmatism of someone who knows how to get things shipped.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven experience building or contributing to a design system at scale.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across B2B and B2C platforms.
  • Ability to balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership.
  • Excellent skills in Figma (or similar design tools), prototyping, and collaboration software.
  • Strong foundation in UX research: usability testing, customer interviews, journey mapping.
  • Exceptional visual design skills, with a strong artistic sensibility and attention to detail.
Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to advocate for design with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Some technical fluency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience using generative AI tools to accelerate design and ideation is a plus.
Startup mentality: comfortable building from zero, taking initiative, and wearing many hats.

Why Join Us

At Perion, you’ll be more than a designer — you’ll be the founder of a new discipline that shapes how advertisers and publishers experience our ecosystem. This is your chance to design not just screens, but the DNA of products used by some of the world’s largest brands and publishers.

You’ll have the autonomy to build the design culture you’ve always wanted to work in — while being backed by a global leader in ad tech.
