We are seeking a solution-oriented and results-driven Account Executive in Chicago or Minnesota. This position would be responsible for creating digital advertising partnerships across multiple brands and initiatives by building and maintaining strong relationships with advertising agencies and clients.  This will be done through anticipating how vital business decisions are made and understand how our range of digital advertising solutions can enable advertisers to engage consumers across desktops, tablets and smartphones. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Based on a strong command of the product offering; make agency and client level sales calls to present Perion’s services
  • Build strong relationships with agencies and clients in order to increase revenue through the sale of Perion’s digital media products; relationship building activities include entertaining and regularly communicating with clients to develop the account and/or share industry related information and insights
  • Work with Planning/Pre-Sales to create proposals based on RFPs, and work through the sales process following the Perion sales methodology from proposal to close
  • Post-sale, stay aware of the performance of clients’ campaigns through the Client Services team
  • Builds camaraderie in the Sales team that supports team selling and a performing work environment

Profile and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in advertising sales required; interactive advertising experience strongly preferred
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required
  • Outgoing and energetic personality that can adapt to dynamic environments
  • Deep understanding of the advertising marketplace with a focus on CTV/OTT, mobile and digital platforms, branded content and programmatic
  • Working independently and productively
  • Experience building relationships with advertising agencies and clients

About this role/The opportunity

Position Overview:

As Performance Campaign Specialist at Perion, you will lead strategic data-driven initiatives, drive actionable insights on campaign management, and advise on internal platform capabilities. Externally, this role will work directly with clients, where needed, to drive campaign success and ultimately outstanding performance for our clients campaigns. Internally, this position will collaborate with various stakeholder groups (Client Services, Product, Data Science, Partnerships, & Sales) to evolve internal processes designed to maximize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee operational efforts to ensure the performance of campaign spend and client KPIs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in programmatic campaign management and exposure using DSPs, with a focus on lower funnel campaigns
  • Familiarity working with advertising agencies and direct clients, with experience communicating with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Demonstrated track record of building client relationships and working through adversity

About the Role

Perion is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Billing Specialist to oversee the billing operations for our Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) business unit. This key position ensures the accuracy and efficiency of invoicing workflows, supports the onboarding of clients, and partners closely with both internal teams and clients to deliver best-in-class billing experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Billing Workflow: Manage end-to-end billing processes, including complex scenarios
  • Invoicing & Onboarding: Gather and document invoicing requirements during client onboarding.
  • Become the go-to expert on Perion DOOH product billing, fees, data exports, and invoice features.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for Client Service Billing Account Managers on billing matters.
  • Quality Control: Ensure invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies or billing errors.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Client Service Billing Account Managers to refine and improve billing operations.
  • Automation Initiatives: Work on implementing and enhancing billing automation tools and systems (NetSuite and internal platform)

  • Invoice Support: Assist in sourcing invoices and facilitating revisions as needed for Collections.
  • Collections Support: Provide additional assistance to ensure timely client payments.
  • Special Billing Scenarios: Handle unique and manual billing for regions including Brazil, China, Japan, and others.

What You’ll Need

  • Educational Background: Degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in billing and invoicing management, ideally in a complex environment.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management abilities with excellent organizational skills; capable of working independently.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets. Experience with NetSuite is a strong advantage.

Purpose of the Role:

The Client Service Operations Specialist will lead post-sales initiatives to support the Client Service team with executional workflows, information flow, process implementation, training, documentation, and tool enablement. The role is essential in helping the Client Service team scale growth and meet business objectives.

This position will drive data collection, analysis, and visualization to improve process accuracy, facilitate the integration of new features and products, and inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary Client Service representative to the Perion MIS Team, supporting testing of new Salesforce functionality before deployment and providing feedback for improvements.

  • Oversee client service onboarding for new accounts, ensuring fee accuracy and correct organization creation within the platform.

  • Conduct financial analysis and monitor account statuses, client tiering, and service levels to optimize resource allocation and prioritize SLAs, escalations, and feature requests.

  • Collaborate with global internal teams, including Sales Operations, Product, Legal, and Finance, to drive process efficiencies and align on best practices.

  • Lead integration efforts for Perion’s operating country analysis, resource efficiency, and platform organizational structure alignment with global teams.

  • Support key 2025 Salesforce integration initiatives, including:

    • PSA and IO workflow and approvals.

    • Billing automation and adjustments via Salesforce.

    • Fee integration from Salesforce to the platform.

    • Additional integrations between Salesforce and platform data systems.

  • Build and maintain internal and external knowledge-based libraries to document processes, best practices, and training materials.

  • Contribute to multiple audit and SOX compliance initiatives related to PSA, fees, user access, and finance operations.


Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of digital advertising and the adtech landscape.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
