About the Role:

Perion is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team on a Hybrid basis. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing billing, collections, and cash application processes to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented and proactive who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

Role Requirements:

  • Issue and send customer invoices based on contract term requirements
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
  • Perform customer credit checks and process customer onboarding
  • Post daily incoming cash receipts
  • Perform collection activities such as sending follow-up inquiries and keeping track of cash receipts
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of all billing transactions, including supporting documentation, to ensure compliance and transparency
  • Support internal and external audit requests during annual and interim audits
  • Prepare revenue reconciliations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience working in an accounting, billing, or accounts receivable department

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and driven Collections Specialist to join our finance team in the US, focusing on clients across the US region. This role is key to ensuring healthy cash flow and minimizing risk by proactively managing accounts receivable, resolving billing issues in collaboration with the billing team, and maintaining strong customer relationships.


To succeed, you must be comfortable working in US time zones for client contact while remaining available for key collaboration with internal stakeholders in Israel, Canada, and the US.

  • Monitor US customer accounts to identify outstanding receivables.
  • Investigate historical account data in ERP and banking systems.

Responsabilités principales

  • Réaliser de bout en bout la conception UI et UX des interfaces produit de Perion

  • Traduire des exigences complexes liées à l’AdTech et au programmatique en expériences utilisateur intuitives

  • Concevoir et livrer des interfaces prêtes pour la production en s’appuyant sur un design system existant et des lignes directrices de marque

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior UX / UI Designer to lead the execution of high-quality user interfaces for Perion One advertising platform. This role focuses on translating already-defined product strategy, research insights, and UX direction into polished, production-ready designs for complex, data-heavy B2B products.

You will design dashboards, campaign management tools, reporting experiences, and highly configurable user flows used by advertisers, media planners, and brands. This role is ideal for a senior designer who thrives within constraints, excels at execution, and delivers clean, consistent UI at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end UI and UX design for Perion product interfaces
  • Translate complex AdTech and programmatic requirements into intuitive user experiences
