We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end close and reporting

 

Role & Responsibilities

 

 

  • Work as part of the company’s bookkeeping team
  • Manage all bookkeeping processes in one of the several Israeli subsidiaries 
  • Open new vendors in the system, record invoices against POs, make suppliers reconciliations (including 856 annual reporting)
  • Issue monthly Invoices to customers and apply payments
  • Reconcile and record payments from Payem – virtual credit card platform
  • Prepare payments to vendors using regular banks, Tipalti and Salesforce
  • Monthly VAT checking and payments to authorities
  • Conduct ongoing BS accounts reconciliations including closing entries and cut-off accounts
  • Prepare materials and reports for monthly closings and quarterly external audit

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Certified bookkeeper – Minimum level 2                      
  • At least 5 years of experience working in global companies with several business units and a multi-currency environment
  • Experience in payments cycles preparation (experience with Tipalti and Salesforce – big advantage)

As Performance Campaign Specialist at Perion, you will lead strategic data-driven initiatives, drive actionable insights on campaign management, and advise on internal platform capabilities. Externally, this role will work directly with clients, where needed, to drive campaign success and ultimately outstanding performance for our clients campaigns. We are seeking a solution-oriented and results-driven Account Executive in Chicago or Minnesota. This position would be responsible for creating digital advertising partnerships across multiple brands and initiatives by building and maintaining strong relationships with advertising agencies and clients.  This will be done through anticipating how vital business decisions are made and understand how our range of digital advertising solutions can enable advertisers to engage consumers across desktops, tablets and smartphones. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Based on a strong command of the product offering; make agency and client level sales calls to present Perion’s services
  • Build strong relationships with agencies and clients in order to increase revenue through the sale of Perion’s digital media products; relationship building activities include entertaining and regularly communicating with clients to develop the account and/or share industry related information and insights
  • Work with Planning/Pre-Sales to create proposals based on RFPs, and work through the sales process following the Perion sales methodology from proposal to close
  • Post-sale, stay aware of the performance of clients’ campaigns through the Client Services team
  • Builds camaraderie in the Sales team that supports team selling and a performing work environment

Profile and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in advertising sales required; interactive advertising experience strongly preferred
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required
  • Outgoing and energetic personality that can adapt to dynamic environments
  • Deep understanding of the advertising marketplace with a focus on CTV/OTT, mobile and digital platforms, branded content and programmatic
  • Working independently and productively
  • Experience building relationships with advertising agencies and clients
  • Experience uncovering new business opportunities through diligent prospecting
  • Ability to effectively analyze market opportunity and pipeline
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

About the Role

Perion is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Billing Specialist to oversee the billing operations for our Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) business unit. This key position ensures the accuracy and efficiency of invoicing workflows, supports the onboarding of clients, and partners closely with both internal teams and clients to deliver best-in-class billing experiences. If you have a strong background in complex billing, love problem-solving, and are passionate about continuous improvement, we’d love to meet you.

This team follows a hybrid work model and meets in the office one day per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Billing Workflow: Manage end-to-end billing processes, including complex scenarios
  • Invoicing & Onboarding: Gather and document invoicing requirements during client onboarding.
  • Become the go-to expert on Perion DOOH product billing, fees, data exports, and invoice features.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for Client Service Billing Account Managers on billing matters.
  • Quality Control: Ensure invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies or billing errors.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Client Service Billing Account Managers to refine and improve billing operations.
  • Automation Initiatives: Work on implementing and enhancing billing automation tools and systems (NetSuite and internal platform)
  • Collections Alignment: Coordinate with Client Service to maintain up-to-date status on billing and collections.
  • Invoice Support: Assist in sourcing invoices and facilitating revisions as needed for Collections.
  • Collections Support: Provide additional assistance to ensure timely client payments.
  • Special Billing Scenarios: Handle unique and manual billing for regions including Brazil, China, Japan, and others.

What You’ll Need

  • Educational Background: Degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in billing and invoicing management, ideally in a complex environment.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management abilities with excellent organizational skills; capable of working independently.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets. Experience with NetSuite is a strong advantage.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital advertising or media billing platforms is highly preferred.

  • Analytical Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying and resolving issues.

  • Process Development: Proven experience in building, refining, and maintaining billing workflows and processes in fast paced environments

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and a diverse range of clients.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is required. Spanish proficiency is a strong plus, particularly for working with Spanish-speaking clients.

About this opportunity 

This role will be tasked with improving publisher onboarding, creating positive and educational experiences as well as work through the complex and intriguing kinks of OOH publishing. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage and understand client expectations and motivations for using Perion to lead them to satisfaction. 
  • Oversee on-boarding of Perion’s new supply-side clients in accordance with internal prioritization while building strong customer relationships; keep internal and external stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Identify and respond to internal and external on-boarding roadblocks to ensure smooth implementation and launch; facilitate resolution. 
  • Facilitate communication between clients and Perion’s Integration Specialists and Platform Specialists.

What do you need to perform in this job
